Mihaela has started her career with Arthur Andersen in 1997 and held several consultant and finance management assignments until 2008, when joined OMV Petrom. In 2011 she moved to OMV Exploration & Production in Vienna as part of the Regional Finance team.

In the current role, Mihaela lead a thorough Strategy review of the mid- and long-term company direction, supporting Executive Board members in implementing strategic objectives.

She systematically develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, among which the capital market players on London and Bucharest Stock Exchanges.
