From this position she coordinates the Sales, Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Service teams and the operational department. Previously, Delia has been COO for World Class Romania.

With over 15 years of experience in leadership and management, she has worked in various industries: financial consultancy, automotive, health and fitness. Delia’s achievements in these competitive environments are based on the desire for self-improvement and her wish to learn something new every day. Following this continuous learning philosophy she is expecting her EMBA degree at Maastricht School of Management in 2019.

Delia has successfully led large teams and, for her, the most important resource is the human one.
